Juliana de Souza

Juliana de Souza is an experienced professional in career development and program management, currently serving as the Manager of Equity Programs at SkilledTradesBC since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of the Applied Science Co-op Program and Career Strategist at The University of British Columbia, where Juliana developed partnerships, conducted workshops, and supported students' career growth. Previously, Juliana served as Program Coordinator at MOSAIC, implementing employment programs and managing budgets while fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Education includes a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from The University of British Columbia, along with a Career Development Practitioner Certificate from Douglas College and a Bachelor in Journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
