Dave Millican

Dave Millican has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dave co-founded and currently serves as the CTO of Skiller Whale, a platform focused on team development for engineering teams. Prior to this, Dave worked at BridgeU as the Lead Data Scientist, where they managed a team of six and oversaw the development of projects such as a cloud-based data pipeline and a university course recommender system. Before BridgeU, Dave worked at the Scuderia Ferrari F1 Team as a Software Engineer and Mathematical Modeller, where they developed data analysis software, optimized race strategies, and conducted computational studies. Dave also briefly worked as a Process Chemist at AstraZeneca.

Dave Millican's education history includes a BA and MSci in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, which they completed from 2006 to 2010. Dave then pursued further studies and completed a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Economics from the University of Oxford from 2010 to 2012.
