Sunayana Hada has a diverse work experience. Sunayana started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at Microsoft in April 2018 and worked there until January 2019. Sunayana then joined Genpact as a Technical Recruiter from January 2019 to January 2020. After that, they worked at Amazon, first as a Customer Service Specialist from January 2020 (ongoing) and later as a Customer Service Executive from October 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are a Talent Scout and marketplace at SkillGigs.com starting from June 2022 (ongoing).

Sunayana Hada attended Barkatullah University in Bhopal from 2021 to 2023, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
