Kimberly Wood is an experienced professional with a robust background in sales enablement and program management. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the COO and Senior Director of GTM Programs at OutSystems since November 2019, Kimberly Wood has focused on driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement through strategically executed projects. Previously, Kimberly Wood held various roles at Splunk, including Director of Global Field Enablement, where accolades included multiple President's Club recognitions and awards for excellence in sales onboarding. Prior to Splunk, Kimberly Wood gained extensive experience at BMC Software, progressing from roles in product management to Senior Director of Worldwide Sales Enablement. Additionally, Kimberly Wood is the Owner/Operator of Halt House - Victorian Townhome and serves as a Strategic Advisor for Skillibrium. Education includes a B.S. in Psychology from The University of Georgia.
