Courtney Fearing has a diverse range of work experience. Courtney is currently a Customer Success Manager at Skilljar, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at NEXGEN Asset Management from August 2019 to January 2022, where they held roles as a Client Success Director and a Client Education Manager. Courtney also gained experience as a 7th Grade Math and Science Instructor at Galapagos Charter Schools from August 2013 to August 2015. Courtney planned and taught curriculum, tracked and analyzed student data, and achieved above-average growth on assessments. Additionally, Courtney was a Corps Member at Teach For America from June 2013 to June 2015.

Courtney Fearing has a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Dominican University, which was obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Courtney completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biopsychology at UC Santa Barbara, from 2008 to 2012. Courtney's high school education was completed at St. Francis High School in Sacramento, CA, where they obtained a High School Diploma from 2004 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, Courtney has obtained several certifications in instructional design and customer education, including Foundations in Customer Education and Skilljar Certified Professional - Basic from Skilljar in February 2022.
