Customer Success Manager at Skilljar

Courtney Fearing has a diverse range of work experience. Courtney is currently a Customer Success Manager at Skilljar, a position they started in January 2022. As a Policy & Advocacy Summer Fellow, they collected and analyzed data and designed fact sheets for legislative districts and wards.

Courtney also gained experience as a 7th Grade Math and Science Instructor at Galapagos Charter Schools from August 2013 to August 2015. Courtney planned and taught curriculum, tracked and analyzed student data, and achieved above-average growth on assessments. Additionally, Courtney was a Corps Member at Teach For America from June 2013 to June 2015.

Prior to their teaching roles, Courtney worked as a self-employed private tutor from September 2012 to June 2013. Courtney provided tutoring in various subjects and mentored students of different ages. Courtney also worked as a Membership Associate at StudentsFirst from February 2013 to May 2013, assisting with recruitment and managing logistics for events.
