Prior to this role, Lindsey worked as an Elementary School Teacher at Hamilton Southeastern Schools and the Metropolitan School District of Washington Township, where responsibilities included designing instructional content, delivering training for diverse learning environments, organizing data to support student needs, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Indiana University Bloomington.
