Paula Larsen Moore has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and product management space since 1997. Paula began their career as a Producer/Product Manager at Purple Moon Interactive, where they managed all aspects of production for Rockett’s Adventures, a line of interactive video games for girls 8-12. In 1999 they moved to Mattel, Inc. (Interactive Division) as a Senior Product Manager, where they created a product roadmap for a line of American Girl interactive video games. In 2000, they joined SmashCast, Inc. as a Senior Product Manager. In 2002, they moved to Catholic Charities USA as the Marketing & Development Manager, where they led a strategic brand makeover of the annual charity wine auction and managed outside agencies for the redesign of all marketing materials. In 2008, they were a Senior Product Manager (Consultant) at TasteBook, Inc., where they defined the process for integrating recipe content and branding for an online, self-publishing cookbook service. In 2011, they joined LeapFrog as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platforms & Content, where they were the global product marketing lead on LeapFrog’s $50M+ LeapPad, LeapFrog Epic & educational software line. In 2018 they became the Director Of Brand Marketing at Monti Kids, where they oversaw brand, product marketing, customer acquisition, content & SEO, PR, and digital/social for an early-stage startup targeting parents of babies 0-3. Currently, they are the Head of Brand and Product Marketing at Skillmatics.
Paula Larsen Moore received their MBA in Marketing from Mills College, Lorry I. Lokey Graduate School of Business in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their B.A. in Politics from University of California, Santa Cruz.
