Nikita Surve began their work experience in 2019 as an Audit Analyst at Deloitte India, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they joined SkillNet Solutions, Inc. as an Account Executive and later was promoted to Senior Account Executive in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Account Executive at SkillNet Solutions, Inc.

Nikita Surve completed their Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Vidyalankar School of Information and Technology in the years 2015-2018. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Financial Management at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and is expected to graduate in the years 2021-2024.
