Mykhailo Burychka

Mykhailo Burychka has a diverse range of work experience. Mykhailo started their career as a Graphic Designer at Advertisement Magazine in 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Analyst at City Institute (Lviv) and then transitioned to become an HR Recruiter at SoftServe. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at EPAM Systems. Mykhailo then joined Remit Ltd as a Recruiting Specialist, where they were involved in the full life cycle recruitment process and various HR activities. In 2017, Mykhailo became an HR Manager at Virtido, a role they held until 2020. During this time, they gained experience in performance reviews and organizing internal events. In 2020, they took on the role of Recruitment Partner at 1648Factory and Co-Founder as well as the Partnership and Networking Manager at skillreveal. Mykhailo currently also serves as a Soldier in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Throughout their career, Mykhailo has demonstrated their skill in networking, startup founding, and talent matching.

Mykhailo Burychka attended UCU Business School (LvBS) from 2019 to 2021, where they studied Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, Mykhailo studied Physics at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. No specific dates were provided for their time at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
