Nya Lazarus-Munnick

Nya Lazarus-Munnick is an experienced professional in sustainability and community empowerment, currently serving as the Manager of Programs and Services at Skills for Change since February 2023. In this role, Nya leads sustainability initiatives that focus on environmental responsibility, social impact, and economic opportunities for underserved communities, including the Youth Climate Action Initiative and the Women in Skilled Trades program. Nya also contributes as a Youth Community Worker at LEAF and has held positions such as Sustainability Associate and Transcriber at various organizations. Nya's educational background includes a Master of Science in Sustainability Management from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Biological Sciences from the University of Windsor.
