Peter Haefner

Peter Haefner currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Skills for Chicagoland's Future since July 2019 and previously held roles as a Talent Acquisition Lead and Jr Talent Acquisition Lead within the same organization. Prior experience includes a tenure at Smart Resources from December 2014 to July 2019 as a Recruiting Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, where Peter managed applications, supported recruitment efforts, and contributed to administrative tasks. Additionally, Peter worked as an Operations Intern and Front Desk Associate at Midtown Athletic Clubs. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies with a minor in Business from Roosevelt University.
