Sebastien de Ghellinck

Sebastien de Ghellinck has a wealth of experience in the finance and business world. Sebastien started their career in 2000 as a Senior Consultant with Gemini Consulting at Capgemini, where they worked with clients across EMEA in the areas of strategy, technology, operations and organizational transformation. In 2004, they joined Citi as a Management Associate in the Global Consumer Bank and then progressed to become VP Product Management Cards, Vice President of Market Management Global Commercial Cards, and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in Citibank Turkey. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Business Leader and Product Manager for Global Credit Cards at MasterCard. Sebastien then moved to AIG in 2013 as Director of Global Finance Operations. In 2017, they co-founded CognoScience and created SkillCollider, an advanced HR and Workforce Analytics solution. Finally, in 2019 they founded and owned SkillSignal LLC, and in 2022 they became a Sugarman Associate Practitioner at the Kahneman-Treisman Center for the Construction Wellbeing Initiative at Princeton University.

Sebastien de Ghellinck completed a Graduate Exchange Program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Corporate Finance from 1999 to 2000. From 1996 to 1999, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Maj. Accounting and International Trade) from Ichec Brussels Management School. Prior to that, they studied Law at Université de Namur from 1993 to 1996.
