Tony Lysak

Tony Lysak has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership positions in the technology industry. Tony is currently the CEO of SkillsNow, a platform that offers comprehensive solutions for candidate attraction, online assessments, training, and more. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of The Software Institute, a community and platform for experts, professionals, and software companies.

Tony also held the position of Director at NETbuilder, a global provider of creative, software, consulting, and managed services. During their time there, they led the company through multiple successful acquisitions and focused on refining their business units.

Before joining NETbuilder, Tony was the Managing Director at QA Consulting, where they expanded the Consulting Division using the Academy model to address the Digital Skills Gap. Tony co-founded NETbuilder in 1999 and served as its CEO until 2015, where they provided digital and technology consultancy services to customers worldwide.

Earlier in their career, Tony worked as an Account Manager and Pre-Sales Engineer at Object Design the Maker of ObjectStore and as an Analyst Programmer at MSCI Inc. and Racal Electronics plc.
