Christoph Deutsch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner/Customer Success Manager at Skillsoft since 2021, Christoph focuses on strategic planning and enablement for global clients, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering lasting partnerships. Prior to Skillsoft, Christoph held the role of Strategic Account Executive at Turnitin, facilitating the successful adoption of their suite in Higher Education institutions. Christoph's career also includes positions as Customer Success Manager at Tenth Revolution Group, where a consultative approach helped build strategic partnerships, as well as experience in recruitment and talent acquisition at Nando's UK & IRE and MTG Kommunikations-Technik GmbH. Christoph's education includes a BA (Hons) in Events Management from the University of Sunderland and a Technical Diploma from Fachoberschule der Dr. P. Rahn & Partner Leipzig.
