Heber Sambucetti

Heber Sambucetti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent transformation and workforce strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Transformation at Skillsoft, Heber has previously held leadership roles at Kyndryl as Vice President of Global Talent Workforce Strategy & Technical Academy Learning and at Accenture as Principal Director of T&O Human Potential. Additional roles at Accenture include Associate Director positions focusing on Workforce Strategy & Talent and Learning, Technology, Operations in India and the Philippines. Prior to these roles, Heber was the Director of Ecommerce at Encyclopaedia Britannica and served as a Consultant in Learning and Development at Andersen Consulting. Heber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ithaca College and has additional educational experience from Northern Illinois University.
