Kamelraaj T. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Customer Success at Skillsoft since August 2023, Kamelraaj has held various management roles in customer success at Trellix and Satmetrix, where responsibilities included escalation management and implementation of support programs. Previous roles include Principal Software Engineer at Oracle Corporation and Senior Engineer in Technical Support at PTC-India.
