Jennifer DeRosa, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent position as a Project Manager at SkillSource Learning Partners in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as an Assistant Project Lead, where they assisted in project planning, implementation, and testing phases. Before their career in project management and psychology, Jennifer worked at G5 Miami from 2014 to 2019 as a Bartender and Bar Manager. In this role, they established and managed a professional hospitality team, oversaw recruitment and training, and made data-based decisions regarding bar traffic and demographics.
Jennifer DeRosa, Ph.D. completed their education at Keiser University. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2016 to 2019. Following that, they pursued further studies and received a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which they completed in 2020. Continuing on their academic journey, Jennifer recently completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Keiser University in 2022. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Social-Behavioral-Educational Research from the CITI Program in March 2022.
