Kal V.

Kal V. has a diverse work experience starting as a Technical Intern at Kokomo Center Schools in 2007. Kal then worked in various roles at Best Buy, NOLAN Security, and Indiana Wesleyan University. Kal V. served as a Cryptologic Linguist at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center before joining the US Army, where they held positions as a Non-Commissioned Officer and later in Special Operations. Kal transitioned to the private sector as an AWS DevOps professional before moving on to SkillStorm, where they currently serve as the Director of Government Services in the National Security Division, among other strategic roles within the organization.

Kal V. completed a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Business from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2011. From 2014 to 2016, they pursued Levantine and MSA Arabic Language/Culture at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Later, in 2016-2017, they completed the US Army Special Operations Forces Civil Affairs Qualification Course at the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School. Currently, Kal is pursuing a Master of Arts in International Business and Policy at Georgetown University, set to complete in 2024. Additionally, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification in November 2021.
