Natalie Cruz has a diverse work experience in recruitment, real estate, and logistics analysis. Starting as a Logistics Analyst at L'Oréal in 2007, they later transitioned into the real estate industry as a Realtor at Keller Williams, Classic III Realty in 2012. Cruz then moved into recruitment roles at Pearson, where they served as an Assistant Recruitment Manager and later as a Recruitment Manager. Currently, they hold a Vice President of Recruitment position at SkillStorm, where they previously served as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Director of NexGen Recruitment. Their roles have showcased their leadership, coaching, and performance improvement skills.
