Rebecca B.

Rebecca B. has a diverse work experience spanning over more than two decades. Rebecca began their career in the United States Air Force in 2002, holding roles including Bioenvironmental Engineering Program Manager and Industrial Hygiene Program Manager. Transitioning to the School of Aerospace Medicine in 2008, they served as a Bioenvironmental Engineer Instructor before becoming a Bioenvironmental Engineering Instructor. Rebecca returned to the Air Force in 2013, where they held various roles such as Emergency Management/Environmental Program Manager, Wing Inspection Manager, Flight Operations Manager, and First Sergeant. Rebecca then joined SkillStorm in 2022 as a Senior Human Resources Manager and later progressed to the role of Director, Human Resources in 2023.

Rebecca B. pursued their education starting at the Community College of the Air Force, where they earned an Associate of Science in Bioenvironmental Engineering. Rebecca then continued their studies at American Military University, focusing on Emergency and Disaster Management with a specialization in Environmental Management. Later, they obtained another Associate of Science degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the same community college. Rebecca then pursued a degree in Occupational Health at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In 2023, they obtained certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.
