Annie Greenslade is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in education and culinary management. Currently serving as a Culinary Instructor at Grayson College since August 2020, Annie also owns and operates The Sweet Life Chef, delivering gourmet meals made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients. A seasoned judge for SkillsUSA competitions, Annie mentors aspiring culinary students and has held various teaching roles, including Associate Pastry Instructor at Collin College and Head Culinary Teacher at Allen ISD, where responsibilities included managing a student-run restaurant. Other significant positions include Executive Chef at BFD Restaurant, Chef and Production Supervisor at Ethicus Hospital of Grapevine, and Chef at Silver Tray Catering. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Dallas, along with additional certifications in cake decorating from Moore Norman Technology Center.
