Nick Francioso

Nick Francioso is an experienced operations engineer and founder with a strong background in data engineering and software development. Currently serving as an Operations Engineer for Provider Data at Oscar Health since February 2022, Nick previously founded SkillSyncer, a resume keyword optimization tool, in January 2020. Nick's prior roles include Senior Data Engineer at UnitedHealth Group and Senior Software Engineer at Conduent, where significant contributions to ETL processes were made. As a Manager of Billing Revenue Operations at Frontier Communications, Nick led telecom big data migrations and improved analytics through advanced SQL performance tuning. Nick served actively in the US Army from 2008 to 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Hawaii Pacific University, as well as an MBA in Business Intelligence from Capella University.
