Mariana Mendive

Mariana Mendive is a proficient legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Global Legal Counsel at SKIM since October 2022, Mariana previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Peterson and Control Union from June 2021 to October 2022. Prior roles include Legal Counsel at Control Union for nearly nine years and Junior Corporate Legal Counsel at Sánchez Elia & Asociados. Mariana began their legal career as a Paralegal in the Corporate Advising Division at Estudio Beccar Varela and gained initial experience during a professional internship at the Legal Services Centre for the Buenos Aires University. Educated with a Master's degree in Commercial and Company Law from Erasmus School of Law and a Master's degree in Commercial Law alongside a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from the University of Buenos Aires, Mariana combines solid academic credentials with substantial practical experience in the legal field.
