Flavia de la Fuente

Flavia de la Fuente has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2022, they are currently the Director of Operations at Skimmer. Prior to this, they worked at BuildGroup, where they held the position of Vice President from December 2020 to January 2022, and Senior Associate from April 2019 to December 2020. From 2015 to 2019, Flavia was an Investments Analyst at Employees Retirement System of Texas. Before that, they served as a Portfolio Manager at Texas McCombs Investment Advisers, LLC in 2014. Flavia also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2014. In the non-profit sector, they worked at Sierra Club as an Associate Field Organizing Representative from January 2012 to May 2013, and as a Conservation Organizer from June 2010 to January 2012. Additionally, they coached a kids' summer swim team at Parkside Pirates and Village Park Piranhas from May 2005 to August 2007.

Flavia de la Fuente's education history begins in 2006 when they attended UCLA. Flavia studied Political Science and Latin American Studies and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in 2010. In 2009, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they focused on Political Science and Government. After their undergraduate studies, Flavia pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Investment Management at the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2013 to 2015.
