Justin Karlin is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute since July 2018 and holds multiple roles as an Oculoplastic Surgeon at Kami Parsa, Appearance Center of Newport Beach, and Skin Cancer and Reconstructive Surgery (SCARS) Center, all commencing in 2019 and continuing into 2023. Additionally, Justin Karlin serves as a Clinical Instructor at UCLA Health. Educational qualifications include a Fellowship in Orbital and Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery from UCLA (2018-2020), an Ophthalmology Residency from the University of Virginia (2015-2018), a General Surgery Internship from the University of Virginia (2014-2015), a Doctor of Medicine from Tel Aviv University (2010-2014), a Master of Science in Biochemistry from California State University, Northridge (2007-2010), and a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular Biology from the University of California, Berkeley (2002-2006).
