Kayla Herrera is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles within the purchasing and operations sectors. Currently serving as Executive Assistant II at skinbetter science since April 2025, Kayla previously held several positions at Urban Decay Cosmetics from June 2017 to April 2025, including Assistant Manager of Account Sales, Assistant Manager of Creative Operations, and Purchasing Coordinator.
