Tracy Roach

Tracy Roach has a diverse professional background, starting with their role as a Regional Vice President at Neill Corporation from 1992 to 2001. Tracy then moved on to become a Territory Business Manager at Bumble and bumble from 2001 to 2006, where they focused on growing existing retail and service business within a specific territory. Since 2006, Tracy has been working at SkinCeuticals, initially as a Territory Sales Manager, responsible for expanding the medical skincare business in various healthcare settings. Tracy then progressed to become a Regional Sales Director, managing a team of 12 Account Executives and achieving over 10 million dollars in revenue. Tracy's most recent role at SkinCeuticals is the Assistant Vice President of Internal Sales Training and Development, where they played a key role in building and training a successful team.
