Virginie Milosevic has a wealth of experience in the business world. Virginie began their career in 2004 as an Area Manager for the French Trade Commission of Sydney, Australia. Virginie then worked as a Securitisation for Societe Generale, Australia. In 2006, they moved to L'Oreal as a Product Manager Assistant for Facial Care Vichy. In 2007, they joined Danone as an International Strategy - Brand Manager Junior Danacol. From 2008 to 2011, they worked for Groupe Casino as a Latin America Business Development Manager, International Client Strategy Project Manager, and Latin America Coordinator. In 2011, they returned to Danone as a Senior Brand Manager. In 2014, they joined Caudalie as CEO USA & Mexico, VP of Sales USA, General Manager Brazil & Mexico, and General Manager Brazil. In this role, they grew Caudalie in Brazil from R$1M to R$17M retail in 3 years, built Caudalie in Sephora network reaching #1 position in skincare in both channel (B&M and dot. com), developed Caudalie Boutiques Spa, developed Caudalie website and urban spa network in top places, built strong 360 plan and grew successfully brand awareness in Brazil, recruited and managed a talented team of 25 people, made functional and managed the whole Operation process, and was responsible of Brazil whole P&L. In 2022, they joined Skinfix Inc. as President.
Virginie Milosevic began their education in 2001 at Lycée Henri IV, Paris, France, where they studied Mathematics, Economics, Philosophy, English, and Spanish. In 2003, they completed their Master of Science at emlyon business school. In 2006, they attended COPPEAD UFRJ. Prior to this, they attended Ecole Alsacienne, Paris, France.
