Mike Garter

Mike Garter is an experienced professional with a strong background in electrical and computer engineering. Currently serving as the Director at SK Infrared LLC since September 2022, Mike previously held the position of Principal Engineer at L-3 from March 2001 to September 2022. Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Technician in a co-op role at Ohio Electronic Engravers from June 1994 to September 1996. Mike earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, spanning from 1991 to 2001.
