Erica Ginsberg

Erica Ginsberg has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Erica started their career in the food industry at Legal Sea Foods, where they worked as a Head Hostess and Server from 2006 to 2009. In this role, they were responsible for planning corporate events, fostering relationships with local businesses, and addressing customer concerns.

Following their time at Legal Sea Foods, Erica joined glaceau in 2009. Erica held multiple sales positions within the company, including Area Sales Manager and District Sales Manager. As an Area Sales Manager, they increased sales volume and availability of Glaceau products in Queens, opened over 350 new accounts annually, and trained distributors on the brand. Erica also served as a Field Sales and Execution Manager and Sr. Market Sales Manager, where they managed Glaceau sales in the New York City area and built relationships with the sales team.

In 2017, Erica joined ONE Brands as a Regional Sales Manager and later became the Director of Sales, Specialty. In these roles, they oversaw sales operations and managed a team. Erica then became the Director of Sales, East, where they were responsible for sales in the eastern region. Erica ended their tenure at ONE Brands in 2021 as the Director of Sales, East.

Currently, Erica is working at SkinnyDipped as the Sales Director, East. Erica joined the company in December 2021 and was promoted to Senior Director of Sales in July 2022. In their current role, they are responsible for driving sales performance and overseeing the sales team in the eastern region.
