Madisen McCleary is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Skip Technology, a start-up focusing on energy storage. Prior to this role, Madisen worked as a Metallurgist at Oregon Tool and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Montana State University-Bozeman. Madisen has a PhD in Materials Science from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland. Throughout Madisen's career, they have been involved in various research activities related to ceramics, fracture mechanics, and mechanical properties. Additionally, Madisen has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering.
