Sadia Nadeem

Sadia Nadeem has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years. Sadia began their career in 1999 as an Audit Assistant at FORD RHODES ROBSON MORROW. In 2001, they joined Citi Bank as a Credit Card Operations Internal Controls Officer, where they were responsible for reviewing operational processes and activities, identifying areas of process and control weakness, developing solutions and monitoring implementation for effectiveness in back office operations. In 2004, they moved to United Bank Limited as the Head of Digital Controls and Assurance, where they implemented, monitored and reviewed all prudential regulations and guidelines related to Branchless and Digital Banking. Sadia also served as the Head of ADC Operations (Cards, e-banking/digital banking), Manager Loans Operations, and Manager Consumer Credit and Operations. In 2020, they joined SkipCash as the General Manager and Operations Manager, where they are managing Core Operation's Team of SkipCash, including Merchant Operations, Dispute resolution, Customer services, tech Support and product development, as well as managing regulatory compliance and fintech licensing procedures.

Sadia Nadeem completed their CA. Foundation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. Sadia then attended Karachi University and earned a B.COM. Sadia went on to pursue their Masters degrees at Karachi University, obtaining an M.A in Economics and an M.A in International Relations and Affairs.
