Hélène MARCQ currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Customer Success at Skipr since July 2021. Prior to this role, Hélène MARCQ was the Head of Customer Success at Elium from August 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included strategy development and resource allocation for the Customer Success Team and project management for prominent clients such as EDF and L'Oréal. Hélène MARCQ also has experience as a Research Assistant and Co-Author at Maastricht University, focusing on Problem-Based Learning, and has provided learning and development support as an advisor. Earlier in the career, Hélène MARCQ completed an internship at the Belgian Federal Police, participating in knowledge management projects. Educational qualifications include multiple degrees in Business Administration, culminating in an MBA focusing on Management of Learning from Maastricht University. Hélène MARCQ also holds a complete guitar course degree from Conservatoire Marcel Quinet.
