Andy Burnley

Andy Burnley has over a decade of experience in service delivery and infrastructure support, currently serving as Infrastructure Support Manager and previously as Service Support Manager at Skipton Building Society since March 2015. Prior to this, Andy held the position of Service Delivery Manager at Accent Group Ltd from October 2014 to February 2015, overseeing the ICT Technical and Service Desk teams and managing the complete service-desk operation alongside technical support. Andy's career also includes a role as Service Delivery Manager in the Royal Air Force from December 2010 to November 2014, where responsibilities included managing services for two classified MOD IT systems.
