Natalie Nordstrom has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Programme Manager at Level 3 Communications, where they coordinated budgets and managed reporting analysts. Natalie then moved on to Sales Performance International, where they served as a Professional Services Group Consultant, developing customized training sessions and troubleshooting software issues. Natalie also worked at Title America as a Director of Special Projects, planning and managing company policies, procedures, and events.

In 2010, they became an Executive PA to the CEO/CFO at Ultralase, providing executive-level support and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Natalie then took on various roles at UKAR formerly Bradford and Bingley, including Project Manager and Senior Support Administrator to the Transformation Director, where they successfully managed projects and assisted in creating governance documentation.

Following that, Natalie worked at Hallmark Cards as a Senior Project Manager, accountable for driving data-related tasks during a system transformation. Natalie then joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for delivering major projects in the Print and Mail Services area. Natalie'sroles at Lloyds included managing the full project life cycle and implementing HR organization design.

Most recently, Natalie has been working at Skipton Building Society as a Digital Delivery Lead and Senior Project Manager. Natalie'sresponsibilities include digital project delivery and management.

Throughout their career, Natalie has consistently displayed strong project management skills and the ability to successfully deliver complex projects.

Natalie Nordstrom has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English and Secondary Education from Gustavus Adolphus College. Natalie also has taken Master's degree courses in Organization Development & Training at the University of St. Thomas.
