Gerson Diaz

Gerson Diaz has a Bachelor of Arts in History from California State University, Northridge. They started their career at Boston Scientific as a Product Builder, packaging medical devices. Later, they transitioned to becoming a Technical Writer for the same company. Moving on to Medtronic, they served as an HR Shared Services Specialist and supported talent management programs. Currently, at Skirball Cultural Center, as a Human Resources Coordinator, they handle various HR tasks such as onboarding, orientation, benefit enrollments, and HRIS management.
