Stephanie Hammerwold

Stephanie Hammerwold currently serves as the Director of Talent & Culture at Skirball Cultural Center, overseeing HR operations, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and professional development initiatives. Prior to this, Stephanie held HR leadership roles at Arcules and founded Pacific Reentry Career Services, providing job search training and support to formerly incarcerated individuals. With a background in HR consulting and experience in various HR positions, Stephanie has a strong foundation in HR policies, training, recruitment, and employee relations. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Women's Studies from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in English from California Lutheran University.
