Niyaz Ansari has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Niyaz started their career at TEKWISSEN LLC in 2011 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they performed full life cycle IT recruiting and developed process improvement techniques. Niyaz then moved up to become a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they focused on driving innovative recruiting operations and decreasing turnover. In 2014, Niyaz joined Artech as a Senior Technical Recruiter, responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing qualified candidates for contract positions at Fortune 500 companies. Over the years, they took on various roles within Artech, including Team Lead, Assistant Manager, and Deputy Manager in staffing. In these positions, they handled the full staffing process and managed a team. In 2022, Niyaz joined Skit.ai as a Talent Acquisition professional.

Niyaz Ansari obtained a Master's degree in HR & Marketing from Adarsh Business School from 2010 to 2012. During the same period, they also pursued a BBM MBA degree in Finance, Marketing, and Human Resource from Bangalore University. In terms of additional certifications, Niyaz Ansari successfully completed the "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" course at LinkedIn in December 2020. Niyaz obtained this certification from LinkedIn as well.
