Jaismeen Kaur

Jaismeen Kaur is an experienced Innovation Food Scientist currently working at Skjodt-Barrett Foods Inc. since July 2021. Previously, Jaismeen served as a Research and Development Specialist (Bakery Lead) at Out of the Box Packaging Inc., where project management of food product development and the launch of Spice Blends and seasonings were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Operations Analyst at Rogers Communications, Food Product Developer at Verka Milk Plant, and Research and Development Specialist at Ishmeet Farms, focusing on innovative food products and formulation improvements. Jaismeen also has experience in academia as a Guest Faculty at Panjab University, delivering lectures on various food technology topics. Jaismeen holds a Master's degree in Microbial and Food Technology from Punjabi University.
