Skladova Tehnika AD Gorna Oryahovitsa (Skladova Technika JSC or Skladova tekhnika AD) is a Bulgaria-based company, engaged in the research and design, manufacture, installation, service, trade and assembly of material handling equipment, load-hoisting machinery and household appliances. Its product range includes hosting equipment, cranes, lifting platforms, storage equipment, solid fuel appliances, electrical appliances, furnaces and cast iron products, among others. The Company offers warehouse systems, hand pallet trucks, chain hoisting devices, as well as fire extinguishers and metal spare parts and others. It is structured in four main production divisions: Household Appliances, Storage Equipment, Chain Hoisting Devices and Metallurgy. The Company exports its products to Germany, Hungary, Iran, France, Romania, Greece, Lithuania, Poland and the Russian Federation, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was Favorithold AD with a stake of 66.11%.
