Fred Speirs

Fred Speirs has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fred is currently working as the Co-Founder & CEO of SKNUPS since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at BC Partners from April 2020 to March 2021.

From July 2019 to April 2020, Fred served as the COO of Versed AI, a startup specializing in NLP and ML technology for business intelligence. During this time, the company was awarded a Y-Combinator grant.

Before their role at Versed AI, Fred was associated with UBS. Fred held the position of Head of Global Lifestyle Brands, Equity Research from March 2018 to June 2019 and worked as Luxury Goods and Lifestyle Brands, Equity Research from June 2011 to March 2018.

Prior to UBS, Fred worked as an Equity Research Associate at AB Bernstein from June 2010 to May 2011. Fred also gained experience in Corporate Restructuring and Technology, Media, Telecoms at Deloitte UK from June 2009 to May 2010 and September 2005 to May 2009, respectively.

Fred's early career includes a Year In Industry role at QinetiQ from September 1999 to June 2000, providing him with a strong foundation for their future endeavors.

Fred Speirs received their MEng degree in Engineering from the University of Oxford from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, in August 2008, they obtained the ACA certification from ICAEW.
