Pradeep Simon

Pradeep Simon has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Head of Service Organisation and Customer Care at Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited from October 2018 to December 2024. In this role, Pradeep manages on-site operations and previously led Warranty Operations for Volkswagen and Audi. Prior to this, experience includes a managerial position at Tata Motors where Pradeep oversaw the Vendor Quality Department, focusing on supplier audits and warranty analysis. Additional earlier experience covers an assistant managerial role in quality assurance and a consultant position at HCL Technologies. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the Institute of Road and Transport Technology, earned between August 1999 and May 2003.
