Helena MacHkova

Helena Machkova has extensive experience in the legal and compliance field, having worked in various companies such as Volkswagen AG, ŠKODA AUTO a.s., Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens, and Lucent Technologies. At ŠKODA AUTO a.s., Helena is currently the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance, where Helena has set up and led the Risk Management and Compliance unit. Helena holds a JUDr. in Law from Charles University and a Master in Contract Management from The George Washington University.
