Timo Hevosmaa

Timo Hevosmaa has extensive work experience in the engineering field, specifically in the transportation industry. Timo has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Timo began their career at Pulse Finland Oy in 2005 as a Design Engineer, focusing on mechanics. Timo then moved on to Winwind Ltd. in 2008, where they worked as a Mechanical Designer. In 2011, they joined Transtech Oy as a System Engineer before being promoted to Chief Engineer, responsible for interior structures and components. At Skoda Transtech Ltd, they continued to work as Chief Engineer, focusing on trams and later became the Chief Engineer for Interiors and Exterior Components. Currently, they are working at Škoda Transtech as the Head of Bid Engineering for the North Region and has also held the role of Engineering Manager. Additionally, Timo Hevosmaa was the Chief Engineer for trams at Škoda Transtech, leading a team of professionals in developing state-of-the-art trams, including the Helsinki Jokeri Tram.

Timo Hevosmaa earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Oulu University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2005. Timo later pursued further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Management from 2010 to 2017.
