Riikka Henkola

Riikka Henkola serves as the Chairman of the Board and Board Member at KME Oy, a North Karelian forestry company, since May 2023. Riikka is also a Board Member and Co-Owner of Salibandyliitto, the national organization dedicated to promoting floorball in Finland, starting January 2024, and a Member of Future Board ry, which focuses on future board competencies from September 2023. Additionally, Riikka holds the position of Sales Director, Board Member, and Co-Owner at Linnunmaa Lex since May 2017, and is a Board Member and Co-founder of Nals&PrimeR Oy since April 2023. As a Co-founder and CEO of PrimeR Oy, established in April 2013, Riikka leads a consultancy specializing in forestry, bioenergy, real estate, and cleantech sectors. Riikka is also a Board Member and Co-owner at Skoggi Oy, which aims to enhance carbon sinks in Finnish forests. Educational background includes a Master's Degree in Marketing from the University of Turku and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
