Under the direct supervision of the Weber Center Manager, D'Herckens, the Weber Customer Service and Rental Coordinator manages the operations of the Weber Leisure Center's customer service front desk and party rental coordination, ensuring efficient service to both the public and staff. D'Herckens oversees all rentals and birthday party reservations, including communications, scheduling, staffing, and maintenance requests. The Coordinator supervises front-line customer service staff, ensures daily cash reconciliation, and maintains a clean, orderly facility in accordance with district standards. Additionally, D'Herckens manages rental agreements, coordinates with maintenance staff, and develops marketing materials to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
