Rachel Flynn

Rachel Flynn is currently the Director of Funder Alliances at the Skoll Foundation. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Manager at Omidyar Network and held various consultancy positions in different organizations. Rachel holds a Master's degree in International Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Middle Eastern Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
