Mahmoud Shalaby

Mahmoud Shalaby has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as Utbildningsansvarig & Support tekniker at Skolverket since October 2022. Prior to this role, Mahmoud worked as a Support Technician at Experis from November 2019 to October 2022, and at Nordlo Group for a brief period in 2019. Mahmoud's career in IT began with Cygate from May 2018 to July 2019 as an IT Support/Installation tekniker, where responsibilities included OS installation and data transfer support. Additionally, Mahmoud has a background in the food service industry, having held positions as Restaurant Manager and Sandwich Artist at Subway from June 2013 to May 2018, and as a Sales Employee at Mobilephone from January 2010 to September 2011. Mahmoud holds a degree in Network Technician from NTI-skolan, completed between 2018 and 2019.
