Ajai Kartik

Ajai Kartik is currently serving as the SVP and Regional Head - South India at Skootr Offices, where Ajai is responsible for building and scaling workspace solutions in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Previously, Ajai Kartik has held various leadership roles in companies such as The Phoenix Mills Ltd., The Xander Group Inc., Metallurgical Testing Services, CBRE, and Bureau Veritas Group. Ajai Kartik holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
