Sydney Sawyer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Federal Business Development Manager at Decision Lens in June 2013, where they identified and generated new business in targeted federal agencies and assisted senior management with requests for proposals. In June 2014, they transitioned to the role of Customer Success Associate, responsible for day-to-day operations of the Professional Services Team and managing customer accounts. They implemented company-wide efficiency solutions and served as a trusted advisor to senior management. In 2016, Sydney became the Business Owner of Sydney Faye Events & Coordination, where they successfully operated their own business until August 2019. They then joined eviCore healthcare as a Client Account Support Senior Analyst, acting as the operational owner of all service issues and serving as the main contact for health plans and provider clients. They facilitated meetings, addressed escalated issues, and updated stakeholders on new items and resolutions. Finally, in August 2021, Sydney joined Skopenow as a Customer Success Manager.

Sydney Sawyer completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Maryland College Park in 2013. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business from 2016 to 2018.
